20- OREOS, crushed
1/2 stick- BUTTER
1 Cup- POWDERED SUGAR
8 oz.- CREAM CHEESE
2 boxes- CHOCOLATE PUDDING
3 1/2 Cups- MILK
12 oz.- COOL WHIP
1 pkg.- GUMMY WORMS
INSTRUCTIONS:
Stir together everything but oreos and worms.
Layer in a flower pot (or clear individual cups), alternating cream and dirt. Place worms in top layer of dirt.
